Short version: LifeTies does not collect, store, or transmit your data to us or to any third party. Your data stays on your device — unless you choose to use your device's own system backup.
We collect no data. LifeTies does not use analytics, does not include advertising SDKs, and does not require an account.
Everything you enter — your birth year, the people you care about, your wishes, and your notes — is stored only on your device, in the app's private local storage. We never receive a copy of it and have no access to it.
Your device's operating system may include app data in its own system backup service — for example, Android's Auto Backup, which stores app data in your personal Google account. This is a feature of your device and your account, not of LifeTies:
If you prefer that your data never leave your device at all, simply turn off system backup for LifeTies in your device settings, and use the manual export described in section 6 to move your data yourself.
Daily reminder notifications are scheduled and delivered locally by your device. We have no access to them, and no server is involved.
The life expectancy figure in the app is a personal reference value that you set yourself. It is not a medical prediction, and LifeTies is not a health or medical application.
You can export all your data at any time (Settings → Backup my data), which produces a JSON file containing everything stored on your device. You can restore it on another device with Settings → Restore backup. To delete all data, simply uninstall the app — the data is removed with it. If you have system backup enabled, you may also need to remove the app's backup from your device's backup settings.
The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
